Questions, problems, feature requests or partnership enquiries — here is how to reach us and roughly when to expect a reply.
The fastest way to reach us is email: opendinks.app@gmail.com. It reaches the whole team and we aim to reply within two business days.
To help us respond usefully first time, include the following where relevant: the email address on your OpenDinks account, the name of the session, club or tournament involved, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and a screenshot if there is anything visual. Bug reports without a screenshot take roughly three times as long to resolve.
Login problems, email verification, profile or rating issues, notification settings, or a request to delete your account and data. For anything account-related, write from the email address registered to the account so we can verify it is you.
Help setting up sessions or tournaments, questions about rotation settings, division rules, brackets or exports. If you want your club listed, start with the club listing form — it collects everything we need up front and is faster than email.
If you operate courts and want them discoverable by local players, get in touch. Tell us the location, court count, surface type and whether you host open play, and we will walk you through listing.
To access, correct or delete your personal data, email us with "Data Request" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is handled.
For media enquiries, sponsorship, or advertising on OpenDinks, email us with a short note on what you have in mind.
OpenDinks is operated from Davao City, Philippines. There is no office to visit — it is a one-person operation — but you can reach us by email, or by phone and SMS on 0939 913 1544.
You can also find us on Facebook and Instagram.
If you need to report abusive behaviour, a safety concern at a session, or a security vulnerability, email opendinks.app@gmail.com with "Urgent" in the subject line and we will prioritise it. Please do not publicly disclose a security issue before we have had a chance to respond.
